6. How to get there

How to get there:

(free shuttle service)
take the mrt to pasir ris mrt station and there will be a free shuttle service to ferry people from the mrt station to the chalet.

5. Program and House rules

Program
  • 3.30pm(check in time) to 6.30pm: free and easy
  • 6.30pm to 9am: BBQ, free and easy
  • 9am to 10.30am(check out time): breakfast, clean-up

House rules

  • No smoking
  • No heavy alcohol

1. Main details

Tentatively, the BBQ will be held at Aloha Loyang (159W Jalan Loyang Besar) during the March holiday week on the 13th March 2006. For those who wish to stay overnight, the chalet would belong to us till the check out time at 12 noon on the 14th March 2006. The planning comm. have decided to book the chalet by 13th December 2005 to get the cheapest booking cost. (since conditions state that civil servents have to book 3 months in advance!!!!) We will either book the Seaview Bunglow or the Garden Bungalow.

Those who are not free during these days (esp. the BBQ night on the 13th of March 2006), PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT ASAP (incl. your last name and which other days you are free during the holiday week).

Every one would have to pay $5.30 each to a member of the planning comm assigned to you. He/she would be making the appropiate arrangements to contact you and collect the cash (by the 1st week of January 2006). The money would go to the cost of booking the chalet. Any excess would be returned.
